Bhai, these kind of people DO NOT change. I am sure he would be abusing them too, in subtle way, but definitely. These folks take pics of their daughters and jerk off to them later.

Don’t. Don’t sign anything like this. Also check few videos on YT from LLA about this same contract. But please, DON’T sign anything stupid like this. If they threaten to fire you, let them do it.
