I recently serviced my car in Mahindra. When I went to collect my KUV 100 half of fuel tank was empty. Even GM agreed that it was because their employees might have used it and they can’t keep control over everything. They gave me compensation of 1k. Post that next day I see CNG is empty and not working. I go back and rant on them reason being they had not fixed the parts of cng and damaged something while repairing the tailgate. I kept the car exactly at their service centre gate and told them if you don’t repair it I won’t move my car. Later they repaired it and sent back in evening apologizing for their mistakes. You always complain to mahindra service about the service centre. They definitely solve the issue. Previously also it has happened where they have not installed parts but have put bill for that. You don’t go and put blogs or videos on it.
