UYou should approach women police station of your city.
File a complaint there with recorded evidences.Similarly file a complaint with your college authorities as well. All these so called bigshot guys piss on pants once they see cops incoming.
Also tell all your friends and tell the whole college about it. Ask your friends to protect you & seek their help. Stand for yourself. Also tell your parents and ask them to come to college. You can also talk to the guy’s parents if he’s in early 20’s.
If nothing works change the college. There no point living scared putting your security at risk.
Next time any incident happens immediately dial 112. That is one way to have a track of your complaint.
UThis is direct violation of past SC judgements where the court held that pension can only be witheld after conviction. Corruption proceedings in court do not amount to become grounds of holding pension.You should directly file a writ in HC seeking urgent relief. Contact a good lawyer.

Keep him blocked.Just sit back and relax. 99 percent nothing will happen. If the guy poses any threat again then do surely seek help. Tell your parents and ask them to notify college authorities. Also tell all your friends both guy friends and gal friends and seek support.
If you have any evidence of him giving giving rape threat, then you can directly approach college authorities. And tell them you are concerned about your safety and want to involve cops. College will surely reprimand this guy.
