Call the FSSAI! They’ll bring in their food safety regulators to check out what’s happening in the restaurant. You can take it up from there- FSSAI will revoke the restaurant’s license, and if they don’t- you can take it up in the Court.

Her mom cannot file an FIR on your gf’s behalf. She’s an adult and has legal capacity. I can see this case getting thrown out.

Legal action can be taken u/ Sec 377, IPC- although, without proof the prosecution is gonna be hard. In such cases, though, please be careful with legal action- your names will be on public record.
