ULeave. She can’t save even her son before herself. Her son has seen only wrong examples in his parents – an abusive father who buys love of his son with money AND a helpless mother who suffers through everything. Sorry it’s harsh but if your sister leaves, she saves herself the additional trauma, sets and example for her son that a line is to be drawn howsoever late.
Give your sister supportUGet a lawyer and start the process. If the family is not good, it’s better to cover yourself.
The lawyer can help in putting a case on the suicide threat. This will help put other issues to rest – like case of backing out of marriage after promising etc.
And do not come in the pressure of getting your brother married to her!!!
