my mothers name. I gave money to my mother ( a portion) and it was registered in her name. It has been mentioned on the will that I contributed money for the house.

Does that mean if there is no will with me as a beneficiary then she will have a right on the property inheritance from my parents but if there is a will with me as a beneficiary then she has no right to the property inheritance from my parents?

Hi, thanks for your comment and the help! I needed some clarification on your comment. From your comment looks like if my parents have a will and me as a beneficiary in that case after the divorce my wife doesn’t have the right on the property inheritance but if there is no will being created by my parents in that case she is also the beneficiary? Is that correct ?
