advice from someone coming from a family of lawyers and bureaucrats: just don’t. You will end up wasting important years of your life.

change your name. move to a tier-2 city.enrol in some unknown college under changed name. get some mediocre job. move abroad if such opportunity comes your way. keep contact with bare minimum.

a lot will change in 10 years. The asshole may have pulled a ‘bhasmasur’ move on himself by then.

take care kid. 22 year is such a small age for this much trauma.

unlikely. even if you are group ‘C’, a full fledged proceeding will take place that too for a grievance misconduct. In most cases, one will be slapped with a censure or withholding of increment.

complaints are part and parcel of central government offices. anonymous will be ignored mostly.

Bro! Its BARC. Do you think anyone will have the balls to misuse such a facility, even if given as some special power.

I don’t think even the senior scientists will dare. It WILL amount to treason.

Also, IB under MHA does such things on behalf of BARC or DAE. I am sure they are not this stupid to let anyone misuse the system.

I was in a similar position. Moulded a situation in office where I knew he will lose his cool and then proceeded to have a small fight with him during an important VIP visit.
He got an earful once he escalated the issue as it was not important considering the VIP visit.

Soon, I was transferred without any memo/warning/letter. Life has been good since then.
