If it’s not a deliberate ploy to get money,  but she mistakenly thought you as a harasser,  I would not blame the woman but the millions of everyday men who grope or touch women inappropriately at any opportunity they get. If it is a ploy to get money,  I would only blame criminal minded women like this lady,  who are abusing laws to scam innocent men.
