      Paperwork didn’t cost much, but much of the expense was in the legal fee. Cost of paperwork depends on how many sets we need to prepare + Stamps. Court fee is nil for good / service value till 5 lakh rupees.

        Actually there is a provision for class action suit. But for that we need people who have suffered from them, come out and be willing to sign on the complaints and appear once before the DCDRC.

        Can’t blame people here though. Who would have the time or the bandwidth to go after them for 10-15k, and pay the lawyer’s fee too? This is what these service-tech companies exploit.

          We open their app one time and they will keep on calling us for at least 3-4 days despite us telling them not to call us.

          Quite insufferable.

            Ditto! These guys have taken 20K from me for a booking that didn’t materialise. I was too held up in work to go after them back then. Now, I won’t miss a single chance to hold them accountable until they make amends.
