ULove Suits. It’s funny to see how the legal system is so much different and better outside of India. I know it’s a show but it definitely carries a realistic picture of courts in the States.UHaha..I love me some sarcasm there, but wait until a decade or so and it might actually become one of the top GDP contributor.UThats some crazy stats even if it has an error margin of +/- 50%.
Also, to the $3.5B of divorce revenue, also add the marriage industry revenue 2x since people will obviously marry again and you have a GDP of a decent size country.

UGlad you agree OP that the laws are misandrist.Statistics you pulled out are quite bull shit though. 0.001% of women intending to marry are cheats, where did you pull that from exactly? Also 99% of divorces are ostracized, where the heck could you get those numbers from ?
You just mentioned that divorce is a tier 1 concept. Good you mentioned that because though the divorce rate in India is just around 1%, urban cities sees a blistering 30% divorce rate. We all know rural women are the ones who see the worst side of domestic violence, etc. yet they have no idea of the laws like 498a etc. yet it’s mostly the urban women who are educated and married to decent salaried men who are divorcing and completely abusing the laws. Lawyers are readily available to milk the laws for such women.
Why do such cases mostly happen to men with good salary and decent net worth ?? Why does it not happen often with lower middle class men ???
Laws are not utilized where they should be, and they are abused where they don’t apply, it’s as simple as that.
UNAL. I am sure you will have bank records of every expense you did for him and the dowry. While fake cases are being made left and right, yours is a strong case, fight it out and get your money back and for the child. Sorry you had to go through this.ULawyers come secondary in this situation who are basically helpless as can be evidently derived from Atul Subhash case and many more. Fighting in courts is a life long battle and very less chance of justice and while you are fighting you are arming your enemy in the name of alimony, a double blow to men.I didn’t know I would ever say this but such men need voice and people like Deepika B and others help with that.
You are right that many are there but as of now sounds like she is the one who is most vocal about it.

Disclaimer: My definition is subjective but I know its quite accurate based on what I have read about NPD and social media and my NPD ex wife’s behavior.
UDamn… NPD is seriously spreading like an epidemic thanks to social media whorish behavior. My narcissistic wife had the same behavior, wish I had knew about these pointers but hopefully this helps others.
