You could be murdered, being in law enforcement I have seen various instances where the husband was brutally killed by the wife and her lover .
Do take this issue seriously, Raise the matter in front of the responsible and elders of your house.

I have recently joined law enforcement and I can assure you that phone tapping is not that easy . A hell of a permissions are required from the concerned authority for tapping someone’s phone .
So it’s highly unlikely that he is tapping your phone.
