UBro, I am not a noob. I have tried every way to get it lowered. They are not budging.
If they were not lowering the car price I had no issues. But they can’t force the insurance on me.

UThere is no other dealer where I live.I have emailed Skoda and also posted on X. Waiting for their formal reply. The dealer has already made their position clear.
After that I will be lodging a complaint in the consumer forum portal.
