There really shouldn’t be any case registered to your friend(if your friend is 16),but you really need to bring in an adult involved in this matter because without any case being registered on him there are other problems of the family of the female doing something if it’s true so please involve your elderly in this matter so they can be ready legally or in any other ways as you know it’s india and families don’t really takes these things in a good way so even if your friends family scolds him(hopping they don’t hit him and let it go and focus on serious issue in this matter) the girls family will not let it go easily
