February 20, 2025 at 5:55 amAarth ka anarth kar diya bhai ne. He just made the wrong choice of words when writing up this. May go through his replies to get a hold on what he is trying to say. In other words his wife is unwilling to attend the proceedings of the criminal cases filed against the OP.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 24, 2025 at 1:31 pmNAL but If this is not a legal divorce then your marriage will stand void as she did not take the divorce legally and these facts were kept hidden from you. You should pile a petition to make your marriage void without going to the hassle of divorce.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 24, 2025 at 2:17 amLooks fishy, could be the fault of a bank employee. For most banks NEFT needs Login pass, transaction password and then OTP, so a three layer protection.
Please check with the bank immediately.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 13, 2025 at 8:33 amRejected after renewal? Was it a tatkaal if not then it was supposed to be renewed after clearance only. And living in a rented place does not make you ineligible.January 13, 2025 at 7:41 am in reply to: Are my retired parents entitled to my unemployed sister’s money? #75445UUser_5bbdbc77

January 13, 2025 at 7:41 amDude 60k is enough to sustain a family of 3. Given that health issues are covered through employer benefit.
Why do your parents need more funds from your sister Even when they know she is no longer working.
Also if there are expenses they are not able to meet you should start working at the earliest as at EoD it’s both children’s responsibility to take care of parents. Your sister being married and unemployed may get some leniency but you will not. And for now ask your sister to cut off from parents she now has a different family to take care of and should not burden that family by putting additional financial burden of your parents.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 12, 2025 at 1:48 pmIt’s literally called “The Sexual Harassment of
Women at Workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013”. And act in discussion is not a sexual harassment by any definition. Not getting into the morality but just limiting myself on the applicability of POSH, NAL.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 12, 2025 at 1:16 pmIf you are a male then how an Act meant for women will be applicable to you. From the incident reference i may guess you are from nai Community which falls under OBC so you are not protected by SC/ST act 1989 also.UUser_5bbdbc77

January 12, 2025 at 1:08 pmBecause clearly what you mentioned does not fall under POSH. And what’s about the gender thing, be clear about it. “They are from gender” this conveys nothing. So please write specifically whether it’s male, female or whatever it is.UUser_5bbdbc77
