wont be a problem
one can collect the documents whenever we want

if your dad applies to collect and the bank delays then they pay you amount from their pocket
(post 30 days if not returned then i read somewhere 5k a day or month idr)

rn ask your parents for money if you low on cash, if your friend returns the amount- send the money back to your parents

if he would want to return, he would have especially after his father getting to know
4k wont be worth the hassle for any complaint in any police department
maybe consider this as a lesson and move one so that you are atleast stress free

not ancestral but now to revert name back to my dad, a ‘succession’ is required..which has halted coz of the recent petition in court

yeah and the prop is safe but on rent post police verification
