UYou can have a general contract solely on the basis of Sharing expenses and utilities and the contingency clauses regarding someone living out and how everything will pan out financially and ownership of movable props.
However, as and when you get opposite sex involved in this equation it’s a whole new ball game. Sadly there is no law in this country which will acknowledge such contract esp with live in partner with whom you are romantically involved.
And if shit hits the fan( which you are anticipating) she can charge you under BNS or even claim maintenance. So choose wisely and smartly with whom you intend to share the space with because no law in India will cover your ass except you yourself.
UWell if good reviews are the concern, that can be taken care virtually by you and your peers. Post all the evidence and/or response by the management on google review. However, if you want to get personal then contact a lawyer, send legal notice and file a case, which in your case is not recommended at your age with no evidence.Also, if getting involved personally it would raise a question of getting a room being a minor with another minor without a guardian. Also if you are of opposite sex and/or major then it’s an another barricade to overcome. Can hurt both the parties equally.
I agree with people who have already replied to this thread. Take a life lesson and thank god for being there at right place at right time to protect your friend and move on.
