Bro, we had a problem with BSNL many years ago so my father (who was a VSNL employee) used his contacts to connect directly with the DGM of BSNL. The minute we escalated the issue they responded quickly. My suggestion is to escalate your experience to a higher officer within BSNL If necessary go directly to the office (not the service centre) and demand to speak to a manager and explain your story. Don’t let this guy get away – he will extort money from other customers.
