This breaks my heart. My relative has a small scale manufacturing unit in Pune. And they are in a similar situation. The local goons come over for monthly payment and if not paid they will cut water supply, electricity etc. Plus the judiciary system is unable to process their case because the amount involved is 40 lacks which is much Peanuts for them. We are taking care of their childrens education.
