This airport bullshit has pissed me off beyond rationality. I didn’t pay them anything but what a bunch of losers.

Thanks, it still doesn’t resolve my primary question. I’d like to know which laws or any regulations/ guidelines which specify that I cannot pick someone up from the departure area of the airport?
