Worry about loosing the house. Pray they vacate somehow. Even registered deeds do not mean anything for quick redressal

My experience in a similar case has yours has not been good with courts. As soon as you go to court, he stays on an and the case drags perpetually! Our Judicial system is terrible. I only get dates
