Yeah, but as mentioned in my post I need a medical negligence lawyer which will be filled in in the Consumer Redressal Forum Instead of HC or SC. So where can I find a lawyer for it, is the Consumer Redressal Forum or HC SC?

Not currently, looking for it next 1-2 Week, as you know it’s too difficult to get an appointment in a government hospital like AIIMS Or Safdarjung! However till then I just want to know the process from the filing case to compensation as I’m not in a condition to pay the lawyers fee. I’m unemployed due to issues I’m facing.

Are their doctors good and can give me advice genuinely? I was looking for AIIMS But all appointments are full for the next 1 month in it and I’m continuously checking everyday for appointments.

Any specific doctor suggestion from hospital you mentioned?

Fact is My before and after pics of bad nose shape.
Snoring and whistling!
Increased breathing Difficulty specially in the right nostril (right nose gets blocked when I go to bed).
Runny nose (water drops most of the time from my nose.)
Pain in the tip and inside nose sometimes.
There is a crack in my forehead despite surgery only being done in my nose.
Excess mucus production which was the main concern and this is what for I went under the knife. But still it isn’t fixed
All of these issue still happening even about nearly 1 year after surgery.

Most imp: Surgeon never consulted with me F2F (only in voice call and the CT scans and pictures I sent on WhatsApp). He just came to the hospital on the day of surgery and checked my nose for about 30sec and went to OT.

HE NEVER INFORMED ME ABOUT SIDE EFFECT OR COMPLICATIONS WHICH CAN HAPPEN DUE TO SURGERY OR ANYTHING.

All these should have not happened especially when it was a Functional Nose job (to fix my breathing issue due to excess mucus production) rather than a cosmetic one and it was covered by My insurance provider with a copay of 10%. But what I got instead is increased complications more than before surgery!
