USo basically in the agreement, I would not get my security deposit back if I left before the lock in period, but I have written confirmation from both the owner and the broker saying that I can shift out early and that I would get my security deposit back.UDeposit is with broker because the owner has a contract with him and he deals with that. It was stated in the contract that I had a 6 month lock in period, but they let me shift out early.UGoregaon East, and the deposit is 80k. It was a semi furnished house which we wanted to turn into a homeā¦ But that didnāt happen.UYeah he keeps on bashing city people for being fake??? I donāt get why heās blaming people from the city?UGirlie I KNOW I escaped a slow death! š
Itās just the scenario this mf left me in thatās so annoying. I honestly want nothing more than to give this house to someone and MOVE ON. š©š©
UItās my fault because I couldnāt balance properly between work and life. I wasnāt able to cook for him on time, I was absent from his life when he needed me, and he didnāt not like the fact that I go back home once a month, for only a weekend at max.He was upset I put my work before him, couldnāt come with him when he needed me to because of work commitments. And on top of that he also threw cheating allegations at me when he had my location, access to all my devices and was with me 24/7.
I completely understand if this sounds unbelievable, but this is the truth.
UIām afraid of taking that risk because if it doesnāt work out in my favour i will have to give up my deposit
