Whatever u did was a private defence. So you shouldn’t worry about it. And you must press severe charges along with evidences. He had hit u on ur head or face otherwise the loss of sensations and vomiting ( till now ) wouldn’t have happened.. Your friend did a full fledged assault that may have amounted to your death or lead to disability along with fraud and conspiracy.. Punishment for this kind of offences can include imprisonment and fine . Meet the police of the jurisdiction where this happened and also file a complaint with the SP of that area. It’s better to keep everything ready on your side and be offensive. Atleast u can make him pay for ur treatment and injuries. His father can be a lawyer but can’t amend laws for his son. And pls don’t neglect your health.
