They made the mistake, now it’s their responsibility to fix it properly. Refunding only the product cost doesn’t solve the problem. What about the extra charges I’d have to pay again to get the same product? That’s not a solution, buddy.

Either they need to replace it or come up with no loss solution.

I didn’t receive any refund, he was ready to refund me 20 rupees and asked me to reorder it again.

If I would have reorder the same print which is 20 rupees. I need to pay
“Product charge + handling charge + delivery charge + handling charge” which is 74 rupees.

Instead, i asked for the prints
