February 15, 2025 at 7:37 amLaw is a saturated profession, there’s only a limited number of opportunities and LAKHS of students graduating every year. I am a lawyer as well. This is bound to happen when thousands are ready to take your place if you slip up a little….People should stop falling into the trap of coaching institutes or relatives and take it up. I lucked out, doesn’t mean everyone else will.

February 13, 2025 at 12:09 amThe Land Revenue Department Records, the Jamabandi records, are not a title document evidencing ownership. As long as you and the other villagers have the original title documents, you can challenge this.
Further, a companies activities and documents are public knowledge, the documents can be accessed through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website. Any such big purchase would have been disclosed in the financial statements or board report for that financial year.
Please feel free to reach out to me, happy to discuss and help you out!

January 29, 2025 at 11:54 pmDon’t quit, drag it out. The Gratuity Act is very simple. Make sure you’re an employee at this place (EPF cut, ESI taken) and not a consultant. After you drag it out and they terminate you (with adequate notice according to your employment/appointment letter), you approach a lawyer and then proceed with demanding your gratuity, send legal notice, document everything and approach the court if required. All Form 16s and EPF records to be preserved. Any way to get your attendance and leaves documented since you joined will also help.
If you need help finding a decent lawyer in NCR/Delhi, I can help.
