Got it. My complaint is against larger companies like Tata Play for 1100, who give bogus replies on NCH and dispose off the complaint. I suspect I’d have to go to the courts to get any proper resolution.

Hey u/Akash4477 , do you mind sharing what it took to get the refund? Did calling NCH work? Did you have to file a complaint in e-jagriti and go ahead with the case?
