Dont show mercy OP. The guy hit your sister and lied it was his mother. Show no mercy to such an asshole please. Your sister must be going through so much pain and anxiety . I was in a similar accident 7 years ago and still have the plates in my hand and am shit scared to get it removed. It has scarred me for life to the extent I never wish to go to the hospital no matter what. Not that I want it like that, am working on it. It is a trauma. Please tell your sister to not drop charges, please. He wont be sorry if he does it to 10 other ppl.
