only if I had it, that’s what i want from the police as I have already written application to withdraw my complaint, but it’s taking a long time.

An IO is appointed and I have given him a written application he read ot, checked ot himself and accepted it. Now when I called him after two days he said he’s too busy and I should wait for 5-6 days, then he asked me to withdraw online, when I mentioned I couldn’t do it online then he asked me to come to police station again and write another letter as the previous one is not sufficient. I think he’s just pushing it forward. I really need to unfreeze the account. Should I give a written application to dcp?
