February 8, 2025 at 3:58 pmif you want more info , u can send me your email id I will send you all details . You can have any opinion of mine I won’t mind , especially from a country whose judiciary has literally mentally tortured me by giving smart delay tactics ? I dnt like it if I am used as an Indian in United Nations & at the same time singled out by Supreme Court just because govt. staff is at fault? You are not that fool that your basic cognitive functions won’t prick you to think that “ how come google is silent when a media giant namely India-today accuses Google of religious discrimination against it employee? That speaks volumes , advocate Sahiba ! Never judge a book by cover. I am raising awareness through out the globe I hv posted in international communities aswell ? Y can’t you see that? World is full of critics try to be an encourager??February 8, 2025 at 3:11 pm in reply to: The Supreme Court of india dismissed the petition of a kashmiri muslim ex – Google staff regarding discrimination at prime ministers office , minority commission ,Google & Others . February 8, 2025 at 3:11 pmOn September 20, 2024, India Today, Live Law, and @lawchakra published a misleading and factually incorrect article in a surreptitious manner regarding a petition submitted by me in the Supreme Court of India under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, titled Zahid Showkat alias Mir v/s Joint Secretary PMO India Ministry of Minority AffairsGoogle & others. This article was published in a manner that concealed its existence from the public eye. Furthermore, India Today, Live Law, and Lawchakra have acted in collusion with Google to prevent the matter from entering the public domain, not only by providing misleading and factually incorrect information but also by corrupting the digital reach of an average article of a media giant like Aaj TakIndia Today Tech. The news was not only published surreptitiously but also presented in a way that covertly covered the violations of law by the respondents . I discovered this high-tech fraud by India Today, Google, and others when I searched for my case online on December 22, 2024. I immediately wrote to the news reporter who covered the story from India Today, namely Kanu Sarda Rajdeep Sardesai. The lady responded with an email and expressed curiosity to know what was wrong about the article. However, when I explicitly explained the issues to her, there was no response & later an illogical & manipulative response was given by indiatoday avoiding all valid points? The same was the case with others. Below are some points that explain how the article by India Today is misleading and factually and legally incorrect;1. The petition was primarily against government bodies, including the Prime Minister’s Office, Minority Commission, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and City Munsif J&K Lower Court .Google and others were made parties due to collusion between government bodies and private firms (Google). Therefore, stating that ‘Google ex-employee’ Zahid approached the Supreme Court regarding religious bias at Google is factually and legally incorrect and highly misleading.
2. India Today fraudulently mentions that I raised a complaint with the Minority Commission ,however, no such complaint was ever made by me. This was done to switch the blame.
3. India Today also fraudulently mentions that the case was in the labor court, however, the fact is that the complaint at the Labor Court of Haryana was closed in 2019, where Google ended up purchasing the whole court, including the lawyer I had hired at that time.
4. I never asked for reinstatement. this question was included by the ex-Chief Justice of India, Mr. D Y Chandrachud, on his own. I only asked for the letters that Google and the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA) claimed they had sent to me, and the case was closed based on these fraudulent statement by the respondents by acting in a state of collusion with each other. I also asked for the response to the letter that minority ministry sent to Google CEO Mr. Sundar Pichai and asked him to respond within 15 days back in 2021. Google has also given a defamatory and fraudulent statement to a media firm, namely Free Press Kashmir. Competent forums have taken no action against Google ?
The dismissal report by the ex-CJI of India, Shri D Y Chandrachud, for Case No. 493/2024 is not only anti-constitutional and against the law but also raises several questions about how Kashmiris like me are treated by the judiciary, media, and other competent forums in India!? A review petition was filed by me on 3rd oct. 2024 & the same is pending in the Supreme Court of india Supreme Court Judgments since then ?
