So you’re saying there’s a legal loophole here ?

Get a group of 16-18 aged minors to attack people for money in no CCTV areas. since their victims can’t record the minors because it would be illegal without their parents consent, there can be no possible evidence of their crime.

To get the parents consent, victims would have to ask their attackers for their parents details, contact them and ask for consent. I’m sure their attackers will wait for the victim to do all this and I’m sure the attackers parents will give the consent if it means their kids can be arrested.

Speaking of CCTV, so if anyone installs CCTV where video is recorded and they see any minor in the video, they would have to stop recording and ask their parents for permission to record further ?

From what I’ve read on this sub, the law is you can’t record someone where they are having a reasonable expectation of privacy. For example if you can see someone inside their own home and you record them it would be illegal. Do correct me if I’m wrong.

stay his friend and keep bringing this thing up jokingly whenever you both are around his other friends. this will make sure no other friend will lend him money.
