People after buying raise chargeback , this is why card company wants to avoid in between dispute as sometimes the liability gets on the company for not doing KYC or etc.

So they just want it to be between the buyer and the seller and get their hands clean

If you order from Swiggy, zomato also and they do not issue any refund just tell them you will raise chargeback on the card and see their tone changeUMan raise the dispute anyhow ASAP
