Update: i involved the police and cyber crime. They said they are a legitimate company and if I dont want to proceed with the membership, they ll return the money in 15-20 days. Basically they got their account frozen by cybercell and need it to be de-freezed from my end

Yes exactly this happened. There was a legal contract and everything which i didn’t read through completely like a dumbass. Even if they provide everything they claimed in the contract it would be ok. But there will be hidden charges ofcourse and other things they claimed orally are not mentioned. The office opens at 11:00. Should I try to go to nearest police station and ask for help?

It specifically says that it is a membership fees and can’t be claimed under any circumstances. And no refund policies are mentioned
