First off, I’m really sorry you have to go through this. I suggest speak about this at home, get counselling from a therapist. Please take care of yourself through this.

Second, he’s actually pretty fucked. Since you’re a minor, this is a prime facie case of Sexual Harassment under the POCSO (S.11). Collect all evidences, witnesses about his rape threats towards you. Under the POCSO, you, your friends and anybody who knows of this incident are all MANDATED to report it to the special juvenile police unit or local police unit (S.19). You can even face fine and imprisonment for failing to report the offence to the authorities (S.21).

Please contact the SJPU or local police. POCSO cases are taken very seriously, it will be difficult for him to get bail and at trial there will be even greater burden on him to prove his innocence. All the best and stay safe.
