If you have registered your vehicle on goparivahan app then check after 3-4 working days. If a challan has been issued, it’d reflect there. Go to the police with a lawyer, unless you just want to beat around the bush. The lawyer fee and subsequent actions may involve more financial transactions, however that’s the only way to get justice, if your acquaintance is hell bent on getting it. Remember, cops don’t take you seriously unless you have a lawyer by your side.
