See!! These are small matters and courts usage don’t take these issues but pehle toh kosish kro ki andar hi solve ho jaye like maafi wagera mang ke!! Agar nhi hota aur FIR file ho jata hai toh bhi don’t worry!! Just take talk to a lawyer he will quash the FIR as it comes under trifles!!

I would suggest you to pay that money and take the phone cuz sometimes these are just some cheap tricks by police and some gangs to earn money and if you say something then you may face problems and as you told she’s alone there so…safety over money anyday!!
