I understand your frustrations. There are divorce settlement ‘consulatans’ who can deal with situation in your favor for fees. It’s all about filing a few counter cases on other party and let them know you’re up for fight; be very clear you aren’t going to pay single rupee to other party. Make them rethink their actions.
