Tell me more. A person whose address needs to be updated should do a self declaration form, then HOF to approve it?

That’s a very very good quality scan I have uploaded. I don’t know what extra good they want.
I heard from the Aadhaar updation center that the HOF has been stopped for above 17 via directly. Don’t know how true that is.

And by the way you can’t provide your Aadhaar as proof of relationship.

I will blame the entire system in Aadhaar. Last time my address was not updated though I have given valid document.

Done by me already. My wife has added a Passport once, and I approved the HOF, but they said the document was not clear. Next time I added a Marriage certificate and I approved the HOF. Same message again saying the document is not clear. So basically they are scamming people.

Also there was double payment for the same SRN which Aadhaar has not refunded. I logged a ticket and they closed it saying the update failed.
