Answer to 1st and 3rd question is yes.
And for 2nd your mom can file divorce maintenance case here. You have to talk to a lawyer with specifics of your case

My suggestion as a lawyer both to move it out of anyone’s reach those have even a 1% chance to favour him. A person is never over cautious in that regard. Also move your important documents like bank documents your ids etc.

I would suggest that you file a complaint with police that he is threatening you with suicide and naming you in suicide letter.

You will have a record of the same for future reference.
