Yours took 4 month on investigation or after the investigation was complete it took 4 months to recover?

He must have done something fishy like betting withdrawl or something that’s why he took your bank details I guess , but don’t panic you should consult a lawyer and write a representation to that police station also if you are willing to return this money you can also mention that .
