Samsung was unable to repair my monitor which was in warranty due to unavailability of panel ,so they asked me to wait for a month to source it, upon failure they refunded me the last listing price of the product,sony should do the same

Sony is known for shit customer service went through hell for my xm3 headphones ,don’t let them get away with it
