Did you remove the GPU from the computer before shipping?

If not, the GPU damage and the motherboard damage at the PCIE slot where the card was, are both YOUR FAULT.

Shipping companies ship things. If they have to handle your packages as if they were a newborn baby, it wouldn’t get to you in a year.

Take it as an expensive lesson and always bubble wrap individual parts and then ship them and assemble them.
