Not blocked but police can track the ID to the bank and from bank get his info and ask to return money right ?

Only a lawyer would be able to answer this for us ig 😂

Out of topic but can someone explain why it’s not possible?

UPI IDs can be tracked to the respective branch and respective account holders names right ? Do banks refuse to co-operate in these cases ??
