Bhai mat kar, uske ghar wale case karenge aur wo 22 ki hai maa baap ke emotional blackmail mai aa jayegi aur agar unke force karne par usne tere khiladiyon gawahi dedi to tu aur tere gharwale doni zindagi bhar jail mai pade rahoge. I’d say ask her to emotionally blackmail her parents and try to convince them make your parents visit. Or else get over her, career aur zindagi rahegi tonaur ladki mil jayegi.

Technically you could do something, but as you said you can’t afford to move out, so putting a case on your parents might trigger them to kick you out which they legally can. So i would suggest find a job and move out. Till then try to stay away from home during the day, go to a job Or find a library to study and upskilll yourself. Do an internship find a job with good pay. That’s your only option if you have nowhere to go.

It’s not worth the risk in India anymore, have casual sex and face just a casual rale threat is you part ways with the girl

If the marriage is not registered, then you can try to see whether they gave the marriage certificate to the nursing home where your dad was born. Try contacting the municipality where your dad’s birth certificate is registered. They should probably have the record of your grandparents marriage. Or your dad’s school.

Take all this proof that you but make sure you have no where promised to marry her, or else she can file rape on marriage promise case. But it is difficult for you to prove that you didn’t promise than that for her to prove. I’d suggest you be a good man for a few weeks before you change yourself and force her to break up with you. Try to make her confess that you have consensual sex and that she was not forced to do it (you didn’t promise marriage in exchange of sex). Making her emotional shall be the trick to let her spill out while you record. Ik this sounds bullshit on a legal advice subreddit, but this is the best option you have got.

Atleast your friend won’t be liable to pay any maintenance as his husband will be liable. Keep all the proofs of consensual relationship. But you’re friend is an asshole to ruin the life of a fellow man, while his wife fucks cheats he works hard to provide for her. Both will have to pay the consequences. Stay apart from that friend, I’d suggest you contact the husband. But ik as a friend you won’t do that, many of us won’t have the courage but i would if I had to. He shall never get justice, he should pay for what he did.

Work on a mutual divorce, or else you’re screwed. It’s your choice, you want to loose 50-60% of your life income or you want to live the way you are. Contesting a divorce in court by men is a dumb move nowadays.

Legally yes, but that’s not worth it, you will have to face false cases which she will definitely file. False cases, alimony and maintenance, it’s not worth it. Find other ways to fulfill your desires or work on a mutual divorce

Nope after permanent settlement she can’t claim anything. But it’s India, anything can happen to favour the wife.

You can, say your point. If he argues that a check with a agreement is a loan repayment ask him for proofs that he paid you anything. He did not complete the work, that’s not your fault. Hire a good lawyer
