You can certainly go to the high court if you are dissatisfied with the decision of the district court. But when mediation fails it is not considered as decision. The matter simply is remaded back to the court which ordered the mediation. Now that Court could be District Court or could be high court depends on which court ordered mediation.

Actually trials can happen before High Court in criminal cases only when High Court transfers the case from Lower court to its own Court. And high court does does this only when it believes that fair and impartial trial cannot happen at Lower court.
                .
Do not mention exceptions as the norm.

In MP High Court it doesnt. Also trial can happen in High Court only when it has extraordinary original jurisdiction.

No new case would be filed in High court as you said. The matter simply returns to the court and court will proceed like no mediation ever happened.

Trial doesn’t happen at the High Court. Trial only and only happens in the district court.

If you are not a lawyer then don’t give legal advice.

If that is the case then decision of Tamilnadu State Commission will be applied on you also. Appeal should be filed to Tamilnadu State Commission. hire good lawyer over there.

No you cant go to TN state commission. You can only approach the state commission in your state. You are bound by the jurisdiction of your state Commission.

Then you know how much right you have over the property. Discuss with your father to go for partition deed if other party is not cooperating. Why unnecessary claiming 100% ownership which you will not get anyhow.

Decisions rendered by one state Commission are not binding on different state Commission. It can only have a persuasive value.

Don’t become guarantor in loans you can’t afford to repay.
