Go to the nearest police station. Give it in writing that some people barged into your home impersonating police officers. Did not have the name tag and threatened you of death. Get a receiving of the complaint. If you have a CCTV give the footage with the complaint in a pen drive.

You are done then. Let the IO see who they were and what needs to be done. If they actually were off duty cops he’ll know how to handle it.

Always be afraid, it’s life. But never be afraid and show weakness when you are threatened. Stay strong
