You can but also depend upon the person who checks your document, in your case I will suggest to change the name, specially in 10th CBSE certificate

I had the same problem, make an affidavit stating that there is a spelling mistake, cost you around 500rs (contact a local lawyer if known, better) apply for passport, make sure on all the other documents like aadhar, and graduation certificate, bank account, your mothers pan card have the correct name, apply for passport, once you get the passport majority of your problem is solved. (I didn’t change my mothers name on 10th cbse marksheet yet, the 10th marksheet is more important but once you get the passport it’s sorted

Really appreciate your work op, this guy “Kuro” Was discussed before too, on many subs, some posts got deleted, it’s really heart breaking to see still no action was taken on him, last time I read about him was 3-4 months back
