The precident is you can’t have sex over fake promise of wedding. It is to prevent people from promising to marry while intending to fuck and breakup (Many women aren’t ready to have sex with anyone except future husband)

You may have heard the case of a men being ordered to marry the girl or get sentenced for Rape. This was the precedent
