I would suggest to disable (and not delete ) the account you had the conversations with the said person, it is very hard to prove the legitimacy of screenshots and screen recordings in Court, its a defence that the other party will always have, if you keep the account its a lot more easier to prove that the said conversation did take place. So disable it but do not delete it. And keep the credentials safe.
