Stupid OP. Trying to create a biased story. We have seen enough Street Dogs, so called “Dog Lovers” and their actions. I am sorry, nothing proves from the clips.
He is even clearly saying he honked, he could not have done anything. He did not harass the women as mentioned. Is answering to Women/Dog lovers are harassment then it needs to be amended constitutionally.
