No point in hiding SSID after the fact ! In any case it does not make any difference. Coming to the police, if they are just seeking/gathering info, you should have no issues. If they want to be “extract” something 😉from you, you will know based on what they ask/demand from you. They may try to scare you if they want to “extract” something.
